Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using Master BGM, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the service immediately.
What Master BGM provides
Master BGM a tools for adding background music to videos, and related creator utilities designed to run primarily on your local device. Different features may be available depending on your platform (iOS, Android, or Web).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features or the entire service for product updates, security maintenance, legal requirements, or operational reasons at any time without prior notice.
Content Rights
Regarding your own content: You retain complete responsibility for any videos, images, trademarks, and other personal materials you import into the application for editing. Master BGM does not claim ownership over your original visual content.
Prohibited conduct
You may use the service only for lawful purposes. While interacting with our website, application, or APIs, you strictly agree NOT to:
- Upload or process illegal, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise harmful content.
- Interfere with the service, bypass security measures, reverse engineer the application, or access our internal APIs without authorization.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to copy, extract, or bulk-download catalog metadata or media assets.
- Use the service to distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising.
- Attempt to impersonate Master BGM staff or misrepresent your affiliation with our service.
Devices, files, and backups
You are responsible for the security of your device and your use of the service. Because Master BGM processes video and audio locally on your device to ensure privacy, you must keep your own backups of important projects and exported media.
Master BGM is not a cloud storage provider and is not responsible for any lost edits, deleted temporary files, or failed video exports due to device storage limitations or application crashes.
Service provided as available
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Master BGM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every specific editing purpose.
We are not responsible beyond the limits required by law for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by networks, devices, third-party services, user actions, or events outside our reasonable control.
Changes and contact
We may update this User Agreement when the service, legal requirements, or our business practices change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date at the top.
