Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Master BGM application ("Application") and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.
User Content & Responsibilities
Master BGM operates strictly as a media processing tool. We do not provide, host, or distribute built-in audio libraries.
You retain all ownership rights to any video, audio, or multimedia files you import, process, or export using the Application. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary legal rights, licenses, and permissions for any media you process through our tool. Master BGM assumes no responsibility or liability for any copyright infringement or legal disputes arising from the content you choose to edit or distribute.
Prohibited Uses
To protect our platform and services, you agree not to use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You strictly agree NOT to do any of the following:
- Copyright Infringement: Use the Application to process, duplicate, or distribute copyrighted material without authorization from the rightful owner.
- Malicious Use: Interfere with or disrupt the Application’s services, servers, or underlying infrastructure.
- Reverse Engineering: Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the Application.
Copyright & DMCA Takedown Policy
Master BGM respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any Audio Content in our Application infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

You must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., track name or ID).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will promptly investigate and remove the disputed content from our database.

THE APPLICATION AND AUDIO CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, MASTER BGM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL MASTER BGM, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APPLICATION; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
